This 550 acre private island is elevated but not extremely high with elevations of 25-30 ft.
The highest part is the ridge on the east shore or ocean side. A lower ridge runs long the west shore and between these is a fertile valley.
The cay has both white, red and black soil - and a large portion of it is virgin forest. Fresh water is found on the cay and easily obtainable.
The is sufficient shore depth for boats up to 5 ft. draft and room for a 3.000 - 4.000 ft. airstrip.
